Sometimes i wondered why Janice Vidal is used to sing English songs pick-up by others singer's but she just never have her very own English songs apart from her Cantonese albums. Finally, here comes her first English album and it's a very nice album indeed at my point of view. Most of these songs are slow pace and smooth for listening, especially the song - 'Morning', it's nice to listen that when getting up from bed.

Claire's latest album -《在树上唱歌》that is getting better than her previous two albums in terms of her sing-spiration performance. Her new album was already released in somewhere last month but i only got time listened to it by now after i got it downloaded weeks earlier. This album is compiled with 10 songs and mostly are sentimental and smooth-fly type.

I like one of the song in the album - '心墙' because of its well-composed melody & rhythm likewise the meaningful lyric. The song may be reflected to my friend's feeling nowadays as she's still recovering from her break-up that was some time ago. Perhaps she would be healed when she is able to breaks her 'heart-wall' one day.

Red Devil is defeated in CL final

My mobile alarm was set and it buzzed me up from bed at 2.30am morning just 15 minute before the kick-off between Barcelona and Manchester United. Like most papers said it could be a 50-50 tie game but things had changed as what it should be. Barcelona was outplayed MU and won by 2 goals (2-0) in the end. It was hard to believe when Barca only had their first shot at 10th minutes after kick-off and eventually this first shot also brought them an early goal in first half. That's giving tons of pressures to Devil to fight back but it didn't happened.

Well, i can accept the defeat but was disappointed to see their unusual (weird perhaps) playing tactics and performance as they could have done far more better but not just for first 10 minute play after kick-off, before they were under attacked and losing ball possession rate in next 80 minutes. Devil could merely scored the opening goal at first minute and may turn the table around but somehow luck was never on Red Devil side this time. Obviously, their dreams was trying to enter record book as the first team win back-to-back European cup was now broken as they did that in last year.

Now after the CL final, the football season 2008/09 is already over and life is considered 'back to normal' for two and half months before new season begins in mid August again. I believe MU the Red Devil would reigns and rules again despite they didn't make it this time. Moreover they already won four silverware in this season and shall have nothing to lose after all.

Looking forward and see you in Bukit Jalil stadium in July (18/7) during the Asia Tour 2009 visit.

[Angels & Demons] - 2D Edition

I seen this movie in GSC cinema yesterday and it was my first time experienced 2D edition (only shown with Chinese subtitle) in the theater. Well, ticket price was bit expensive (RM13) than normal but it's still worth for it as the film quality is almost like watching a blue ray disc... damn sharp and clear. Apart from the film quality, the storyline is absolutely good and gives a thumb-up.

Showcasing many of the prominent tourist landmarks, it serves as a great tourism promo video that would entice many around the world to go pay a visit to Rome. But be aware that certain locations in the movie are replicates shot in Los Angeles, that's probably because of restrictions from Vatican City authority for movie taking activities.

In summary, it's about a cult society is against the Christianity by kidnapping four cardinals (Pope to-be) and threatening to blow up the Vatican City with the 'anti-matter' time bomb (believe it... it's real powerful) which is hidden within the city.

Tom Hanks is the symbologist (as in 'Da Vincci Code' movie) was asked to help from Vatican police and soon he jets off to Rome after the Pope's sudden death and the re-election through Papal Conclave. He needs to race against time to find and investigate a murder cardinals branded with the 'Illuminati' ambigram (there's the symbol of cult society) with symbolic signs were given, while also got to track down the bomb hidden locations before it blows up...

Manchester United is BPL Champion 2008/09

Finally, my supporting team were crowned BPL (Barclays Premier League) title for 3rd time in a row, after a goalless draw against Arsenal in home ground - Old Trafford stadium. With that also ensured their rival - Liverpool can't do anything now to catch-up even though they still have two remaining games to play. Well, how nice to see my friends and cousin who's Liverpool fans were speechless and showing their frustrations... haha...

Apparently they already got three silverware (FIFA Club Worldcup; Carling League; Barclay Premier League) in their bag now for this season. Hopefully they can defend Champions League cup again in the final (Rome) and become the first European/English team to win back-to-back title since they won it last year in Moscow.

In memory of 阿桑

I was little shocked by the sad news when read it from the paper as she was died of breast cancer at age of 34 and she's been struggled for last 6 months before she is called to heaven finally. Such a loss for a singer with magnetic-smooth voices, if you've ever heard her songs before...

　人死之际，往往引来人们对其不太真实的评价，如果都是实心眼，以此为真，那天下都是妙绝之人。刚刚过完清明节的日子里，阿桑由于乳腺癌去世，我想我应该真实地写上几句。

　　阿桑开始出唱片是在2003年底，参加华研唱片为阿桑召开的新片发布会之前，我对阿桑这样一个人和歌声都十分安静的歌手没有丝毫印象，台上的阿桑温婉恬静，一身银色的装束环抱着吉它，投入地唱着歌。当主持人问她歌中唱给大家的是什么的时候，她把吉它放到一边，说她的歌就是她的心情，“每一个人都会有很多易逝的心情，阿桑把它一一记录”。

　　从那之后，阿桑首张专辑《受了点伤》中的《叶子》成了人们心中的旋律，“秋天到了，请尽情悲伤”，在阿桑天生沙哑的嗓音中，煽起的是人们少有的共鸣……之后，相隔1年3个月，阿桑筹备多时的《寂寞在唱歌》又被人们奉为情歌中的疗伤极品，有一短时间，当我去参加不同的朋友K歌聚会，却总发现会在某个角落里，飘出阿桑式的寂寞情歌。

[Marley & Me]

This almost 2 hours comedy movie is about a married couple (John & Jenny) who adopts the badly behaved but much-loved dog (Marley), who eventually teaches them what really matters in life.

John claimed Marley as the "World's Worst Dog" and "Labradoodle" by his working buddy (Sebastian), Marley was portrayed exactly that and did justice to the extreme title by chewing and eating almost anything and everything (he can really do that) in sight as he grew up and causing destruction to everywhere he goes. That's made the loving couple almost got crazy days and nights on Marley's 'hyper-active' behaviors. Sounds funny but terrible maybe, if somebody have a dog behave like that in the movie.

Many things were happened, ups and downs between the couple when Jenny was pregnant but got miscarriage. As life goes on, they got their first child and finally breaks out of control after the birth of their second child because of differences before they got their third one lastly. Watching this movie probably can make you laugh at first, experience the couple's life with Marley and their kids and probably cry in tear-jerking ending as Marley died.

Bagan Lalang

Bagan Lalang is a coastal beach in Sepang district of Selangor state, it is the nearest beach from Klang Valley. This flat and seems long beach is popular spot for camping and picnic activities. According to official direction guide, driving from KL to the beach is taking 1 hour 15mins but i managed to get there in about 50mins with help from GPS locate device, by using Putrajay/Cyberjaya highway -> Sepang -> Sg.Pelek route.

It was sunset and low tide about 7pm, the beach was packed with people but it's hardly see any Indian, about 5% Chinese visitors and the rest are Malays. It could be the nature of surrounding areas are 'kampung' (Malay village) that probably made this beach as their usual 'hang-out' place for picnic, camping or jalan-jalan. During that hour, it was nice to walk as far out as possible towards seaside to enjoy the sea view.

Along the beach, there's lots of Malay seafood stores and mostly started to get crowded by dawn. Seafood stuffs such like 'Ikan Pari Bakar', 'Ketam Bakar', prawns.. etc are considered cheap, five dishes were only charged RM48.80 ! Imagine, it will only cost you around RM100+ for ten dishes... well, don't think can find anywhere in town. Surely, another difference is the Malay cooking style as it's really different from Chinese cooking. Some people especially Chinese may not able to enjoy the food because of the ways of cooking but I was fine with that anyway.

In overall, this beach has no interesting spots to check out nor any best seafood store to try out, but it is a nice place for relaxing, unwind, and 'blow-blow' wind when walking on the sands just like the pictures shown.

Mental Noise

When people thinking about certain matter after had been through a dilemma in past, seems unable to let go after reaching a conclusion or finding a solution themseleve. The mind seems to go on thinking on the same subject over and over again. It is like a broken record that keeps repeating the same tune. Well, it is most likely caused by our mental noise...

It is the constant chatter of the mind that never stops and it is the inner conversation that constantly goes on in our mind. Many are unaware of this mental noise, because it has become a deeply embedded habit and it's also considered as a natural and inseparable part of our life.

This 'background noise' is never ceases, from the moment of waking up in the morning, to the moment of falling asleep at night. Often, it even prevents you from falling asleep. It is a sort of inner voice that constantly analyzes everything about our lives, surroundings and the people we know, and it is a voice in the head that just keeps talking and talking.

To get things worse, the mind often repeats the same thought over and over again, like a tape that keeps playing the same tune and got stuck, dwelling on the past or fearing the future. If this is a positive thought that's fine, but too often this a negative thought that just intensify stress, depression, anger or frustration.

Too often, this is tiring and exhausting could makes us impractical or lazy, and it might also makes us miss opportunities due to insufficient attention to what is happenning around us, as the mind roams where it wills, occupying our attention with unimportant matters and useless thinking that's wasting time and energy. This prevents us from enjoying the present and all these negative thoughts that you absolutely do not need.

Our mind is a useful tool but it also needs to be controlled - shutting down our mental noise means inner peace. It will probably save a lot of mental energy and time wasted on thinking on matters that don't add anything to your life and eventually it gives you a peace of mind and get over it.

This Cantonese love comedy is about a wealthy bachelor has already divorced three times and finds himself crawling back to the game of love sooner than he expected. Falling in love with a cabaret dancer and he decided to marry her. Sooner and later, differences and problems aroused between them because of prenuptial agreement of their marriage...

The plots are nothing much special to talk about but the movie brings out a meaningful message about love. Andy Lau's class-acting skills are just good and can't be denied. Moreover, there are also quite numbers of guest actors and actress are starring in this love comedy. In overall, it's still worth for watch as there's not really have much movie (love comedy) like this whereas its running time is almost 2 hour long.

This compilation album [2her] is come with two famous female singers in Taiwan - Ah Mei & Stephanie Sun (张惠妹 & 孙燕姿). I would say it is one of their best ever sentimental hits i ever listened. There's a sad song to make you cry... perhaps all these sad love song might make you cry when it touches your feelings, but eventually it may also relieve your pain from depressions.

Smooth and easy... that's my words to define this sentimental album. All song in the album are quite classic for period of times and it's re-performed by another group professional female singers with some songs are performed in unplug ways.

Because of its melody and rhythm, best time to enjoy the album is either having a break, driving alone at late night or before bed time. Most of the songs are definitely help to relax and unwind especially for someone who need a moment of peace. Songs in bold are my favorite picks, it's really nice.

[家有喜事 2009]

This comedy movie is simply just for a laugh and it's fun to watch it for the sake of CNY. The movie pace is straight forward without dragging much. Running time is about one and a half hour. The lucrative

Chinese New Year season cannot find a worthier money-spinner than "All's Well End's Well 2009", especially when old-timers like Sandra Ng and Raymond Wong are part of the effort. Effortlessly charming and enjoyably illogical, the movie is harks back to the old days of HK filmmaking when characters and actors were often one and the same.

Never put high expectations on this movie but just watch it for fun.

Short Genting trip in CNY (Day 1)

I didn't feel like go out on first day of CNY just because of the real damn hot sunny day and it would rather to be at home for TV programs and rest until sundown. That's none better things to do than going to somewhere cooler in weather like this, so i was up in Genting Highlands for drinks after dinner and spent few hours there trying to 'discharge' my heat.

Well, weather in Genting was seems clear without foggy and temperature wasn't that chilly as i just went up in polo t-shirt with bermuda short outfit, while traffic was smooth when driving up that time. Although I felt tired while driving back to town around 3am but it was fun to be there to get 'refreshed' and 'blow-blow wind' up there. Oh what a night and what a nice trip !

MSN messenger 2009 - login error (8100030f)

I got my Windows Live Messenger upgraded lately and encountered log on failure with error code - 8100030f (authentication service version is not compatible...). I have no idea why this error code is not reflecting on WLM support web when i tried to search on it, but found in other web sites instead with help from "Mr.Google" (Google search engine). Well, the actual reason is caused by .NET messenger Service version conflict issue.

Solution is simple:

1) Just close WLM/MSN messenger.

2) Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ and open up the 'Hosts' file.

3) Copy these two settings in the 'hosts' file as shown in picture:
- 65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com
- 65.54.239.80 dp.msnmessenger.akadns.net

4) Save and close it.

5) Open WLM/MSN messenger again... Voila !! Nice interface and user friendly features...

Chinese New Year albums

Here's two radio station made CNY albums are hot in town that i have downloaded recently. Most of these songs in the albums are sung by 988 and MY-FM radio DJs with some guest singers.

Well, I'd say all song in the albums are performed by them in their very own styles mostly in mandarin and cantonese. For instance, songs are played by 988 DJs are more lively with little funky feels, while songs are performed MY-FM DJs are much follows the common traditional rhythms are well-known to all.

Nevertheless both albums are nice to be listened during CNY season, chances are it could have been charged-up CNY feelings and the atmosphere around us when we listen to it. So.. good stuffs are meant to be shared and it's also nice to keep the albums for own collection.

Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009

Just a week ago we were in Christmas season while enjoying holiday mood and now we have entered to another brand new year in 2009. Sooner and later, it would be Chinese New Year (Ox year) celebration that is just around the corner. Such a 'roller-coaster' holidays seems coming and going off pretty fast.

Looking back to 2008, all the things we made, we cherished, we achieved, we failed, we enjoyed, we shared and whatever... had once again becoming histories that have been written in our life journey album record.

Surely that's no turning back and it's pointless to look back for what we had done doesn't matter it's right or wrong, should or should not. Whatever is done, it's done and whether we like it or not, we gotta look forward and move on from one era to another in milestone of life, taking new things, chances, challenges or opportunities right ahead.

I prayed that every friend and everyone i know would have a nice & smooth flowing journey in family life, working life and in love. God bless & Happy 2009 !

Being happy can be hard sometimes, it's like maintaining a nice home and got to hang on our treasures and throw out the garbage, and it also requires looking for good things as well. One person sees the beautiful view and the other sees the dirty window. When we're unhappy just because life is not as we want it and it's not matching our expectations of how it ought to be perhaps.

Well, it's true that laughter is kind of mechanism may heal person's unhappiness in a short moment or maybe a little longer trying to relieve pains or stress to minimum. I don' think I'm being negative thinking but it's a fact, and what happen next after laughter has gone ?

Forget things not

Just had a chat with a friend of mine and got to know she left her mobile inside her jacket at office and problem is her jacket just hanging around her cubicle chair. She told me that's not her first time happened like that as she's not only left her mobile before but also house keys, wallet and even her laptop (goshhh...), and now she's worrying her mobile may get stolen at night. My advice for her not to think so much (unless to drive back to office), as many CCTV are installed around the corners and it should be safe by all means.

How forgetful... but i think she's just fine (human do make mistake sometimes) and maybe it's bit funny to hear that, just because... I myself also not the first time to hear she left things at office (hehe...). Guess i probably would get 'something' from her when she read this later :-p

Well, such forgetful case is not only happened to her but me as well. Even now it still happen to me from time to time. Those forgetful things were usually happened to me such as, forgot to bring car key out when i was going to get my car (that's ok); forgot to bring my wallet when i was driving smoothly in car (that's still ok provided i didn't get caught); forgot to bring my soccer boots when i reached football stadium (that's sucks); forgot to bring my brain to work sometimes when i wasn't get enough sleep or sick (that's weird but i couldn't help it), and many more perhaps. Hence, I do understand how people feel when they ever forget things themselves and they might get one or more reaction feelings like this normally - frustrating, regretting, nervous, worrying or helpless.

Drinking lifestyle

That happened right after my colleague's wedding dinner as I went for drink with friends at 'The Curve' and spent some time in two of the pubs there...

Well, drinking at pub occasionally is fine as I've not been doing this for long time. It was fun while enjoying some good time with friends there but thinking I may be getting little old for this as i got to limit myself for alcoholic drinks nowadays although i still could take it. Perhaps my lifestyle has changed, i would leave the pub in 2 hours or most before my head started to 'ding-dong' here and there (headache) probably because of the loud bass music. Perhaps my time for hanging out at pub has passed but occasionally visit is still fine whenever it's possible.

If given a choice, I'd rather have it at open area/pub with friends, at least i still can breath the fresh air.. haha...

The truth about love relationship

I got some comments made by my friends in a drink occasion and they shared openly about their opinions about love. Some of their opinions were seems funny but yet it's true and i did agreed with few of them. So there it goes...

David said, "I used to got my dream girls were appeared around me whenever i have settled down and they would probably just gone in seconds before i could even realize that...damn it !"

Peter said, "It was hardly met any friends on streets whenever i got dating with my pretty girl, however they were seems everywhere and seen me whenever i went out with a fair-looking type girl..gerrrrr..."

Amy said, "Most of my friends were used to fight with me for a guy when i found one i like. Worse still, they would only hard-sell or up-sell a guy for me to go for it if they're not interested at all...so sucks !"

Michael said, "The more excuses you made for a mistake have committed, the longer time to spend for explanations to your love one...kanasai !"

James said, "It's true that money can't buy love, but i'm not really worry about that as it would definitely comes to me if i get rich one day...hehe.."

Alan said, "Life probably is all about seeking up and down for the real love of our own, but sometimes... it's possible to look for others from time to time."

Thomas said, "When a girl chat with me about weather that means i'm probably like a stranger to her and there's no hope to advance further. If she talks about cars, means that it's still ok but she won't give a damn after all. However, if she talks about investments, probably there's still a chance but then i got to earn more money, as much as i could perhaps."

Julie said, "When a man is making his promise and saying that he will give me everything, then surely i got to find out exactly how rich and wealthy he is...haha.."

Mable said, "If a man used to tell me about a lady in front of me and also saying the lady is his boss or his friend's girlfriend...or whatever. Then he is probably lying to me and having another affair with that lady indeed......."

it seems negative voices from them and sounds little hurt too but i believed there's nothing right or wrong answers. It's just the matter of TRUST and HAPPINESS in the relationship for a couple when they're being together otherwise it's NOT really making sense at all to go on. Surely, it's very subjective thoughts to everyone indeed.

So... if you give her crap, you will get a bucket full of shit.

Sleeping late

I used to be a 'Night Owl' - sleep late and not used to go for bed till 2am or maybe much later sometimes. Well, it might be part of the reasons of TV stuff like football live matches, working late, studying or some research...etc.. It sounds pretty crazy to me but scary actually and worrying indeed as it's really really bad for health, chances are some 'good friends' (diseases) may be 'visiting' me one day if i don't change my sleeping cycle.

Well, I believed that a good rest and sound sleep is very important. If we don't sleep well, the toxic in our body will accumulate affecting our health and our mood following are the causes of liver damage !! (Geerrrr.....) and that's some bad lifestyle practices may cause liver damage probably:

=> Sleeping too late and waking up too late.
=> Not urinating in the morning.
=> Too much eating.
=> Skipping breakfast.
=> Consuming too much medication.
=> Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
=> Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. No fried foods when get tired unless.
=> Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.

Maintaining a good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals and here's some good lifestyle practices below but wondering how many city folks can follow that exactly:

From 9-11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary or toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).

From 11pm-3am : detoxification process in the liver then follow by gall, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

From 3-5am : detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.

From 5-7am : detoxification in the colon, we should empty our bowel.

From 7-10am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, we should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Like it or not, it's advised to have breakfast latest by 10am rather than no meal to stomach at all.

In conclusion, sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Apart from that, from 12-4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, I try not to sleep later than 1am and get enough rest at ;east 7-8 hours whenever it's possible. Hopefully i can overcome my sleep-late cycle one day. God bless my health !

Playing foortball, nightly

It's just another working week is just over and i got to plan for some activity to do on Saturday regardless any kind of things will have rather than a dry routine weekend. That's because of my usual football training has been stopped recently and my team member and myself have decided to switch and played friendly game nightly against other team playing in various places such as PJ, Shah Alam or way far to Bangi sometimes.

Needless to say everyone need to put on team jersey and shin guard to protect both legs, and as for me, i got to put on more stuffs like goalkeeper gloves and ankle guard to protect my injured ankle. Although it seems little dangerous that might cause injury if accident happens again but i enjoyed the game most while playing on the open field.

Frankly i still worry about my injured ankle while during the game although i'm fit to play without problem since last month but self-conscious was sometimes holding me back for giving full performance as i did before. Phobia maybe, and i think it can't be an good excuses for not playing football again but got to take extra care on my foot. That's our team spirit while seeing everyone was chasing, dribbling and passing the ball to each other.

Surely there's no free lunch in the world and we all got to pay between RM25-35 each after the game depending on field rental charges. After that, we used to hangout at mamak store or restaurant nearby for match review and started to joke around, praising or even complaining any of friend's performance like crazy before we left for home. Well, it's always great to have a kind of weekly gathering like this while enjoying fellowship moment and having a good time together from time to time.

Relieve stress

As i know stress consumes our time and energy and weakens our immune system as well. It causes restlessness, unhappiness, impatience and anger and eventually it could have been harm our life, ambitions, relationships and health and there is no doubt that it would be much better to live without it.

Well, i think one of the method probably the best for stress management is through meditation as it exerts a calming effect on the body, nerves and blood pressure, reduces restlessness, and brings peace of mind, detachment and equanimity. To experience the benefits of meditation one needs to meditate everyday, but the problem is that not everyone has the discipline, will and desire to meditate, even when realizing the benefits of meditation.

It is not always possible to control or eliminate the reasons of stress, but it is possible to act and behave in certain ways that could reduce or alleviate it. For example, we can't always control the conditions of our life and circumstances, but we may learn to choose not to be internally influenced by them too much. Anyway, there's some solutions which i think it might help to relieve stress:

-> When stress is building up, STOP what you are doing and take a short walk.
-> When we got stressed, drink some water or juice.
-> When we are understress, take a few slow deep breaths.
-> Eat some food we like, because food can calm down restlessness and nervousness.
-> Listen to our favorite music.
-> Do something that we like doing.
-> Watch a funny movie.
-> Exercise our inner freedom, and DON'T let other people thoughts, opinions, words or actions affect us.
-> Engage in sports or physical activity.

Personally i believed we can manage our stress if we put our mind to it and surely it requires some efforts and times on our part but the rewards are great in return.

Life can be made happier

Life can be made happier and it is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true that you and i met all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events and we can choose to refuse to think about them, and relish the happy moments instead. Perhaps we constantly gone through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.

If we let outer events influence our moods then we might become their slaves, chances are we might lose our freedom just because we let our happiness to be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.

Well, happiness is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events. Sometimes we may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. At the end of the day we might feel frustrated and unhappy, because we haven't been able to do all of those things.

For most people happiness seems fleeting because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit. Most importantly - SMILE more often.

It's been an another 'exciting' week between BN and Pakatan Rakyat whereby many 'activities' are still going on in the event of '916' declaration. Rakyat Malaysia are watching the best 'drama series' ever in town from one episode to another, yet witnessing such issues like political parties, conspiracy and ISA reported from TV or newspapers day by day that have been burst up to next level and nobody will know exactly what will be happened next. Sounds seems interesting and worth to watch indeed.

Some just blamed Anwar for no actions or changes done in the week of '916' while some are appreciated and patient to show their support on the forums/blogs and waiting for the day to come. Yet, i believed this is a big big thing happening in our country right now and it's not just easy said and done like buying vege in the market. For every massive changes, surely there will be a mess everywhere as a cause of chain reactions. Tons of barriers and obstacles along the road in front need to get over with it and get rid of by Pakatan with serious thinking, considerations and wise decision moves before a 'new thing' will prevail peacefully in one fine day.

As an observer like every rakyat, let's continue to catch-up more brand new 'episodes' which will be released in the week of '923' till then. Anyway, it's just the matter of time when the grand finale episode will comes. God bless Malaysia !

Freshy Wednesday night

Weather is clear and rather cool tonight, thanks to the rain in early evening. Well, I suppose to go for football game tonight but it was told by my friend that it's canceled last minute. Better still, as i won't waste such a nice evening hours for my revision on technical certifications study, and also not forgetting the blogging while having my break now.

Meanwhile, I'm just in the mood and also select some MP3 albums that I've been downloaded for long time but never been listened to it before. Sounds bit funny... perhaps i have overlooked that as there's lots of song albums i downloaded earlier on. One of the 'forgotten' album i mentioned and listening right now is - "Stephy Tang (邓丽欣)". I enjoy listening total of her four albums including the latest release - [Stephilosophy]. Not bad, most of her songs and the rhythms are relaxing, unwind and sentimental... feels good and like it !

I read a silly news yet a true incident from a paper and it's about a man's private part was stuck just 'in-between' a hole on the square-wide metal board while he was having a special kind 'pumping' workout alone (how interesting). This 'hot' topic was happened in Hong Kong last week just two days before Beijing Olympic is started, and was quickly spread over to the entire island thereafter... voila !! :-p

[明報專訊】- 藍田碧雲道公園的僻靜山頭，前晚發生「下體被困」事件。一名中年漢在3號風球下冒雨到觀景台上做運動，當他俯伏在仰臥起坐（Sit ups）板時，呈充血狀態的陽具離奇困在1吋直徑的圓孔內，無法拔出只好報警求助。救援人員趕至時，發現事主的短褲褪至大腿，在場痛苦呻吟，醫護人員替其打針「鎮靜」，但弄至陽具流血仍無法脫困。擾攘一小時後，傷者連人帶板抬送院搶救，其間大叫：「唔好影我個樣……以後無面再見人啦！」

肇事的仰臥起坐板由鐵板製造，約6呎長，2呎闊，以傾斜方式安裝在4支鐵柱上，旁邊告示板寫有3種使用方法，包括仰臥起坐、掌上壓及腿部伸縮等。板上有多個直徑約1吋的圓洞，以免雨水積聚。事發現場為碧雲道藍田公園山腰觀景台，距離大路約半小時路程。前晚深夜11時許，當時正值3號風球，公園內人迹罕至，辛某卻不辭勞苦走到僻靜角落的鐵板上做運動，惟其陽具不知何故在興奮狀態下卡在小洞內，他痛極下報警求助。

消防員趕至後，多番嘗試仍未能助辛某脫困，其間稍有動作，辛某哀號叫痛，救援人員只好將其身體綁緊，固定在鐵板上。其後兩名男女醫護人員到場，合力在其下體注射鎮靜藥物，辛某亦手持冰袋欲「冷靜」下來，但仍無法把子孫根拔出。拯救期間，辛某曾稱「唔記得拉褲鏈」釀成意外，又要求以紅氈蓋頭，不斷說：「（對記者）點解要咁對我？不要影到我個樣，不要出我的全名……以後無面見人，找不到工啦。」打針後又說：「假如我暈了，記得替我蓋住樣子。」

事件擾攘一小時後，辛某的陽具全無「收縮」迹象，消防員只好將整塊鐵板鋸斷，10多人合力將傷者連人帶板送院，現場遺下一攤血漬，相信是陽具被鐵板。經歷「男人最痛」尷尬事的男子姓辛，42歲，中等身材，事發時身穿短T恤短褲，送院後成功解困，返家休息。

Bloody hot weather

It's been a HOT sunny days that's happening right now and it's been going on more than 3 weeks (probably longer) without a single drop of rain. Imagine how bad of the bloody weather and i almost get pass out like a bloody 'hot-dog' every nights, every heat of the nights (gerrrrr... @*&^#$%^&...).

How nice with people are enjoying their 'song-song' sleep with air-cond at night in days like this. Also think about people who don't sleep with air-conds while got to shower 3 times in the night and sweat all over body probably just made him more sexy and macho... me la, who else !?

Normally i like sunset because it's romantic especially when walking along the beach, how nice (oh yah!) , but now i just hate that for now because the 'romantic' sunset is just shining right through my window again (oh Fxxx !)... 'Hot-dog' again...shittt !

A night at funfair - Euro Fun Park

I went to this funfair about two weeks ago and it's just located next to Bukit Jalil stadium. If i can remember it was held next to Jusco-Tebrau City in JB about two year ago but i didn't have much spare time for that when i was there. Well, the overall funfair setup was not really impressed at all especially those lousy game booths and chances are, a doll is given for winning prize mostly doesn't matter it's small or big one...if u're lucky enough to win it (sucks man !). Anyway, i saw some of the fun rides that could make people screaming and yelling like hell when it turned them upside down non-stop. The most relax ride was the 'Euro Wheel' that i could rest and enjoyed the higher view of entire funfair site.

What a day !

It was quite a busy day for me even though I'm taking a day-off from work and went for ankle sprain check-up while got to settle some other things like EPF update, sent my car for servicing and Chinese urut therapy. Well, i planned to get it all done by noon but it ended up for whole day instead. Yet it was a nice rainy morning when i headed for car workshop for major service (60,000 mileage) and replaced two brake pads for front wheels. Thanks to stupid and irritating sound from wheel disc plate caused by scratching brake pads otherwise i didn't have to pay extra for that and lump all together was about RM538... crazy !! The rise of oil price almost makes everything increased (price).

Then i moved on EPF nearby to get my EPF's 'i-Akaun' activated before i could check my current accounts balance through internet at home. Think it's time to exercise membership entitlement and to make use of my account-2 again for another withdrawal in order to reduce the principal amount of my home loan. Frankly speaking, it's always good to see my contribution amount is 'growing' more and more in each month likewise to the account-2 which it can be utilized for this purpose (withdrawal) rather than die die keeping in there do nothing. Luckily, it wasn't crowded at that hour to get my 'I-Akaun' activation done before i rushed to hospital for check-up.

It was just too bad that i couldn't make it for urut therapy as the ankle checkup had taken pretty much time and i got to send my car for wheel alignment and balancing right after the check-up. That was second follow-up appointment and doctor said my recovery progress is improving which is good but i still not fit for football or running for another 6 months !! meaning that got to wait until December...my goodness (FXXX man !!). He then suggested me to go for physiotherapy in other hospital with the reason of my ligaments is still weak and need longer time to grow stronger and get steady. Well, it sounds logic but i was wondering whether it really need 6 months as no scanning was diagnosed to justify my recovery progress in both check-ups, moreover it's damn pretty long to wait perhaps if it has to be. As for now, I'm taking my chances and try out any possible treatment as long as it could heal my ankle sprain in less than 3 months from now...hopefully.

I think it's my first time ever to see road closure at entire Jln Hang Tuah with FRU forces standing by in the evening around 6pm. Well, thanks to the PKR supporters were having 'party' there as Anwar Ibrahim was arrested for questioning about his sodomy case at that police headquarter right opposite Pudu Jail. Just a bit weird to see the closure road was so clear of traffic and became like 'no cars land' or 'big pedestrian way' perhaps..haha.. Surely those supporters; press reporters; journalists and not forgetting the police/FRU were all gathered there for big 'party' while those 'fans' were waited for their idol's updates and release from police HQ. Well, i don't have any single comment for the 'show' so far but just enjoy watching while it's showing on the 'stage' day after days non-stop and that even longer than any other box office Hollywood movies shown in cinemas...(applause). The one and only thing I'm interested to know is where and when the 'show' will comes to end and over ? Real tired to see all these news are on the papers nowadays.

Drinking red wine

刚开始学喝红酒的人，都会比较喜欢较甜，果香味(fruits)较重的红酒，但是当舌头渐渐的习惯了之后，就会要求较浓，重口味的。其实喝酒是很自我的，依个人喜好，才能品出真真的生活享受，价格贵贱不重要，不要以为贵的就是好的，而勉强自己去喝自己不爱喝得口味。最重要的是你爱上喝酒时的那份安宁、舒服。

品尝红酒全过程:

NO.1：选酒　　
如果你已是“骨灰级”品酒认识，当然就不需要读此文。如果是酒国菜鸟，那建议还是先选一些低度（酒精度在12%以下的）的红酒。　　　　　

NO.2：选杯　　
用来装红酒的酒杯应该是花球形，肚宽口窄。肚宽，可让红酒充分接触空气，氧化生香；口窄，便于把香气聚拢在杯子里，以供鼻子享用。

NO.3：开瓶　　　　
先验证瓶标是否干净，塞子是否紧密，以确认这瓶酒保存是否良好。开瓶后，要仔细观察取出的瓶塞是否湿润，因为瓶塞如果太干燥就有提前氧化的可能。　　　　

NO.4：醒酒　　　　
一般来说，含单宁酸较强的红酒是不需要“醒”的，只要直接倒进杯子里就可。至于那些保存得颇久的上等红酒，那醒酒器是必不可少。　　　　

NO.5：观酒　　　　
倒些许红酒至杯中，端起酒杯，下置一张白纸，细心观看，如果红酒的边缘呈透明状，说明这酒很新；如果边缘呈浅黄色，说明这酒至少有6年的酒龄；如果边缘带紫红色，说明至少已有十年的酒龄。　　　　

NO.6：倒酒　　　　
酒瓶口不能紧挨着酒杯口，倒至酒杯1/3的位置即可，然后贴着桌面将酒杯稍作摇动，使酒味慢慢从杯中溢出。在快倒完之前把瓶口向上转一圈再抬起来，这样可防止酒滴到桌面上。　　　　

NO.7：品酒　　　　
用舌尖把酒包住然后在口腔里转动它，也可进行“咀嚼”，使酒散发出酒香，再由鼻子来感受它。主要通过舌头的味觉再配合鼻子的嗅觉，试出酒味的精妙之处。　　　　

NO.8：抽雪茄+咖啡　　　　
在外国，人们习惯了在喝完红酒之后再抽上一支雪茄，然后来上一杯意大利特浓咖啡，两味点心会有另一种异样的芳香。

Delicious lunch

It's Friday again and yes, it's just another working week has gone and waiting for beautiful Saturday - 'weekend fever'. Driving out for lunch on Friday is always a kind of 'reward' for me while also welcoming the great weekend to come. I believed this trend is also commonly practiced by most of the other colleagues in HP as well. Needless to say, I asked my team mates to have some good food outside rather than taking those daily LPPL (Lan Pak Pak Lan, in Hokkien) food around office or at PBD... it's sucks, isn't it ?

Well, my whole team went to a Chinese restaurant (Goon Wah) at Jalan Kuchai Lama for delicious food and enjoyed the "X.O. Yue Tao Mai" (Fish Head Noodle) that is the restaurant's best choice. I didn't take that for sure as I don't really fancy at fishy things but apart from having that, we also ordered some other dishes like "Beh Jau Kay" (Roasted Beer Chicken Wing); Claypot Rat Noodle and Fried "Beh Ger"...yummy !

I wasn't surprised about the food but the shop we went as I'm quite familiar with that area and used to came by for drinks with friends sometimes. I've never been told and aware of such a good place like this which is 'hidden' somewhere nearby my friend's place. The major problem is their business hours is only open from Mondays to Fridays until 3pm while weekends are closed..my goodness ! Perhaps i can only enjoy these good stuffs during office hours if i come for another around again. The restaurant is easy to locate as i drove along Jalan Kuchai Lama coming from Old Klang Road and to made a right turn at the traffic lights nearby Shell petrol station.

I seldom use this Chinese phrase to show around and talk about. Maybe it doesn't mean anything in their eyes of my friends and probably they might just laugh it out. Well, that's fine with me as they don't believe i do have a phrase of my own. These words got my attention many years ago and it reflected my thoughts about the meaning of being simple. Even so, I still always used to remember it by heart till now.

The English translation of this phrase is - 'Try my best, nature is beautiful always'. I like that because the meaning has given me a kind of simple impression towards life in whatever i do and wherever i go. As simple as that just like "随心随想，简单生活" (Think freely, simple life) that I've been thinking and hoping every now and then. ~ Go Simple ! ~

My pre-birthday night out celebration

It was my pre-birthday night out with buddies where i was brought to my friend's pub for drink last night. Well, the environment there i would say was completely different - like late 80's style with singers performing on stage singing all Chinese pop songs (walao ehh..my goodness !). A bit shocked to see that but that's ok and we were enjoyed being there anyway.

Needless to say, I had prepared any 'consequences' when the clock is reaching 12am as where we had two 'towers' of Carlsberg with another 20 bottles more. I was thinking if I could finish a 'tower' as everyone know I'm not a good drinker (shit man...). So i think the best way is to trying to 'hideout' and 'yiong yue' (in Cantonese, maintain drinking level) after it reached my level, think about 7-8 glass gua... Surely, I went for pee frequently (not vomitting la) to avoid unnecessary 'consequences' la :-p

"Ding Ding"... the clock has passed 12.00 AM - "Happy Birthday... ya, I'm getting older again and smarter !" (hehe..). I've received sms greeting from friends as some were not able to come and I replied sms, replied like mad and replied lots to my dear friend...so warm huh. It was about 2am when we finished the second 'tower' and it was time to say goodbye.

Well, i was trying to catch-up the second Euro2008 live match at home but i couldn't help it myself even though i wasn't drunk to continue watching before the TV is 'watching' me instead. That's it... i dropped my head on my lovely pillow finally...oh what a night ! (ZZzZzzZzz.....)

Sounds right indeed but how many people can really follow that when they're worrying... believe it or not, there are 36 ways to reduce stress. I read through it and found most method are useful and applied in our life (if it happen to you). I'm pretty sure it would help to overcome your stress regardless of whichever religion you with.

1. Pray.
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of
the anxiety . If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
